Financial Master Data Analyst - bp

• About the Role

  We are looking for a Master Data Analyst to join bp's Group Treasury Operations team in Budapest.

  This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in master data, financial master data, data validation, or data maintenance - someone who enjoys accuracy, structure, and working in a global environment.

  You will support an upcoming project to update and standardize all treasury master data across the organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong control.

  What You Will Do

  • Maintain, update and correct treasury master data based on new global standards
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and error resolution
  • Support bank account master data maintenance
  • Document updates, track changes, and ensure audit‑ready records

• What We're Looking For

  • ~1-2 years of experience in master data, financial data maintenance, or data validation
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking English with international teams
  • Proactive personality - someone who asks questions, takes initiative, and is reliable
  • Experience with any data management system is welcome
