Responsibilities

 
  • Banking: Manage transactions, cash flow, reports, and bank-related documentation.
  • Intra-Group Loans: Oversee loans and organize repayments.
  • Supplier Management: Process and file invoices with proper certifications.
  • Tenant Relations: Manage deposits, track tenants' debts, handle receivables, issue payment reminders, and collect flat-rate fees.
  • Accounting Support: Assist accountants and manage tasks.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Prepare reports and other duties as needed.

Requirements

 
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Comminicationlevel in English, strong in Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-have

Higher education and accounting experience.
