Business Controller

• Monthly operational results reporting
• Preparation of forecasts and yearly budget in cooperation with operational and leasing teams
• Analyzing of budget vs actual variances
• Plan / fact analysis
• Tenant reconciliation tasks (service charge, turnover rent)
• Writing financial and operational reports for upper management
• Net operating income forecasting
• Capex forecasting
• Calculating accruals

Elvárások:

• University degree (preferably in finance, accounting, business or similar field)
• 4+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Business or similar field
• Previous experience in real estate or property management environment strongly preferred
• Fluent English
• Strong Excel Skills
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics and PowerBI would be a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and independent personality
