Responsibilities

 
  • Cash Management and Reporting:
    • Efficiently manage cash flow, execute payment transactions, and prepare weekly/monthly cash flow reports and plans.
    • Prepare and regularly report on cash flow statements and plans to management.
  • Accounting and Tax Management:
    • Collaborate with external accounting firms to ensure accurate and timely submission of accounting data and tax filings/payments.
    • Monitor transfer pricing to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize tax risks.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management:
    • Work closely with production and logistics companies to process closing invoicing and manage relationships with vendors through effective communication.
    • Develop efficient procurement strategies and optimize vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Administrative Support and Employee Management:
    • Handle administrative tasks such as visa issuance, housing and vehicle rental arrangements, and vignette issuance for employees.
    • Compile and report on employee leave and attendance records, and providing administrative support to enhance employee welfare.
  • Business Analysis and Reporting Support:
    • Analyze company business performance and prepare data and reports to support strategic decisions.
    • Review quarterly provisional financial statements and analyze financial status to report to management (financial statements are prepared by external accounting firms).
  • Hungarian Administrative Support:
    • Provide Hungarian translation and interpretation support for local administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle finance, accounting, cash management, procurement, and administrative support.

Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of Hungarian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and Korean (or fluency in English if Korean is not proficient).
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
