The Finance Department of MOL Plc. is seeking a new colleague for the position of:
Finance Partner
As a Finance Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring the financial and accounting standards of MOL's smaller subsidiaries, as well as coordinating MOL Hungary-wide projects involving multiple subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating regular and ad-hoc accounting, tax, financial, and controlling activities for dedicated company(ies).
- Preparing decision preparatory materials based on economic calculations for operational decisions.
- Supporting financial projects with analyses and preparatory materials.
- Developing proposals for financial and accounting solutions to organizational issues affecting several subsidiaries and MOL Plc.
- Assisting senior subsidiary finance managers and the MOL Hungary Finance Director with ad-hoc tasks.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are drawn to the role of financial manager and aim to leverage their current knowledge to transition into managing the finances of complex MOL Group subsidiaries.
- Hold a university degree in economics.
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance or business.
- Demonstrate strong financial analytical and strategic skills.
- Exhibit tenacity, a business-oriented mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
