Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating the accounting, taxation, financial, and controlling activities of the Branch
  • Monthly closing and reporting
  • Maintaining contact with financial institutions, authorities, consultants and auditors,
  • Development of a financial team, - reporting procedures and ERP system (D365 F&O)
  • Liquidity management
  • Coordinating tax processes and year end close
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for management
  • Manage the yearly budget planning process
  • Support Japanese management in decision making and questions related to the daily operation (contracting, approving costs, communicate with the government etc.)
  • Support Head of Finance based in Germany
  • Support HR in financial planning processes
  • Fixed Assets and Inventory Management

Requirements

  • BSC or MSC degree in Finance / Accounting
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
  • Process development approach and experience
  • Excellent accounting and financial analytical skills with local GAAP accounting, IFRS is a plus
  • Exceptional cooperation skills, demonstrating a proactive and decisive attitude
  • Proficient user of MS Excel
  • Native Hungarian, excellent English
