Task:
Business partner for the management of the company Ensure compliance of the reporting with the group accounting principle Prepare the budget with the support of the management team of the company Close cooperation with other entities of the company group, data provision, support of the controlling of the company group Handle monthly, and annual closings with the support of the accounting team Organize the controlling of the company Optimize P&L and costs Cash management towards the other group companies (cash curve on projects, financing scheme, …) Management of the accounting team Improve financial processes (closing, payment, validation, …) Dealing with insurance, rental topic and administrative tasks , quality processes
Expectation:
Leadership experience within a financial environment (preferably multinational company) Controlling experience Familiar with reporting in international group Up-to-date accounting and taxation knowledge, ensuring compliance with laws Good IFRS knowledge Knowledge of SAP ERP system Fluent English
Other:
Experience in a multinational company Knowledge of German
