Responsibilities
- preparation of leasing contracts
- Credit & Risk analysis of potential customers
- communication and cooperation with external and internal accountants
- assist in preparation of local financial statements
- preparation of US GAAP financials
- SAP work for US GAAP and subsequent reporting
- payment confirmation, processing of received invoices
- work with our internal applications (SalesForce, MyCSI, Mfiles, Chronoscan)
- preparation of financial reports (Cash flow forecast and budgeting, Margin and Origination report, Due Payments report, Expense reports...)
- control of invoices payments, Notices on overdue payments
- Equipment Insurance Application
- Office administration
Requirements
Education - University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization - Economics, Finance, Administration
Language skills - English – Upper Intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Proficiency (C2)
Number of years of experience - At least 3
Nice-to-have
Invoicing - Basic
Business correspondence - Basic
Double-entry bookkeeping - Basic
SAP - Basic
Intermediate English written and verbal
Good PC skills (experience with SAP is an advantage)
Knowledge of Hungarian Accounting Standards, US GAAP or IFRS background is welcome, but not required
Ability to work with teams and support various functions throughout the organization
Self-motivation and ability to manage tasks from the beginning to the end
