Finance Controller - Nanushka

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented and customer focused Finance Controller to join our finance team. As it plays a critical role in the finance team the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, can-do attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team and will be proactive and reliable. Responsibilities:
 

• Preparing comprehensive and specialized analyses, including ongoing consultations with areas/departments as the part of the FP&A Team.
• Active and independent participation in the business partnering process.
• Preparation of management presentations, with background analyses.
• Responsible for the correctness of the planning and replanning models of the company and the whole group.
• Establishes and follows appropriate accounting methods and policies.
• Participates in the consolidation process.
• Supervision and control of the correctness of the bookkeeping (accounting), as well as continuous consultation with the stakeholders (accountants, tax advisors, financial managers, etc.)
• Prepare monthly closing and perform activities related to financial controls, collaborates with stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure correct and timely closing, report preparation or data provision.
• Proactively supports the continuous development of the FP&A area with independent initiatives and project implementation, taking into account current guidelines.
• Preparation of case analyses, decision support materials. 

• Higher education degree in controlling or accounting specialization (Bachelor -Bsc or Master - Msc)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling/accounting, experience in production is an advantage
• Active intermediate English language skills (both oral and written)
• High level computer skills (especially Microsoft PBI)
• Systems approach and good analytical thinking
• Accuracy, precision
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be able to work independently and in a team
