Our Team is looking for a highly skilled financial professional as:
 

Finance Business Partner - Group Industrial Services & Ventures

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Your tasks will be:

  • Supervise the development of reporting, forecasting, and planning tools,
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports and forecasts for business units, and present findings to the management,
  • Analyse variances between actual results and budget/forecasts, providing explanations for differences,
  • Review and align processes and financial performance analysis methods to meet management expectations,
  • Lead and participate in the preparation of business plans for focused companies,
  • Support Local and Group Management decision-making with detailed analyses, proposals, and solution alternatives,
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing project proposals, establishing cost-benefit evaluation methodologies, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

  • University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
  • 3-5 years working experience within finance/controlling/audit or FP&A,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance,
  • Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, solution-oriented “can do” attitude, and committed to continuous improvement,
  • Structured thinking with attention to details and ability to meet priorities and deadlines.
