Finance Business Partner - Group E&P Segment
Location: Budapest, MOL Campus
Job description:
- Acting as a key point of contact from E&P Segment Finance organization for a dedicated area
- Participating in MOL Group’s comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Supporting business planning and forecasting processes
- Understanding business needs and preparing meaningful analysis for senior management
- Cooperating with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries
Requirements:
- University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
- At least 2-3 years working experience within finance/controlling/audit or FP&A,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
- User-level computer skills, advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
- Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance,
- Service- and process-oriented mindset, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details,
- Proactivity with a problem solving mindset,
- Adaptability to work either in team or independently.
