You will be part of the management team and report to the Managing Director.
The role involve the implementation of all the action defined locally or at group level regarding the growth and structuration of the company.
The Finance Manager is in charge of applying and organizing all financial processes (accounting, reporting, controlling) with the support of the local team and the group/BU resources.
Main activities:- Business partner for the management of the company
- Ensure compliance of the reporting with the group accounting principle
- Prepare the budget with the support of the management team of the company
- Close cooperation with other entities of the company group, data provision, support of the controlling of the company group
- Handle monthly, and annual closings with the support of the accounting team
- Organize the controlling of the company
- Optimize P&L and costs
- Cash management towards the other group companies (cash curve on projects, financing scheme, …)
- Management of the accounting team
- Improve financial processes (closing, payment, validation, …)
- Dealing with insurance, rental topic and administrative tasks, quality processes, …
