Field application specialist – GeneTiCA Kft.

Well-established company GeneTiCA Kft., selling, servicing, and supporting world-leading NGS technologies, is hiring a new Field Application Specialist for the Hungarian territory.
TASKS:

• Actively communicate with customers and cooperate with the technical support team
• Installation of devices, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• User training
• Professional customer support
• Communication with the manufacturer

• University degree in science, medicine, or veterinary studies
• Basic laboratory skills
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis of nucleic acids
• Basic knowledge of NGS
• English at B2 level (written and spoken)
• Fluent Hungarian language skills
• User-level IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Flexibility, commitment, reliability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel
• Decision-making and organizational skills
• Suitable for recent graduates

• Experience with Illumina technology and NGS data analysis
