Factory Manager

• Oversee the complete relocation of the manufacturing site within the given deadline.
• Identify and select the new site.
• Coordinate the transfer of machines and equipment.
• Manage contracts and implementation processes.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, subcontractors, the owner, and internal teams.
• After project completion, take charge of the operational management of the new plant.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing, production management, or workshop supervision.
• Industrial background and familiarity with redesign projects.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Project management under tight deadlines.
• Adherence to cost and time constraints.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate teams, handle conflicts, and demonstrate leadership skills.

• Welding experience.
