As a colleague, you will:
- Identifying and developing new international markets and distributor networks
- Overseeing and managing sales processes within targeted countries
- Contributing to the development and implementation of sales and market entry strategies
- Monitoring key sales and financial performance indicators
- Ensuring the execution of marketing plans with a focus on comprehensive portfolio strategies
- Enhancing operational efficiency in targeted countries, specifically in sales, market execution, market entry, inventory management, and sales forecasting

- 5 years of experience in field sales
- Knowledge of the FMCG sector is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
