Expert Data Manager

Join our Life Sciences team at TCS Hungary as an Expert Data Manager and take full ownership of data management activities across multiple clinical trials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of high-quality data.

• Act as the primary point of contact for trial-related data management activities
• Develop and maintain study documentation, including mock CRFs, data management plans, and trial-specific instructions
• Build and amend databases, prepare data transmission agreements, and maintain studies in EDC systems
• Create and execute data validation specifications, manage queries, and perform SAE and vendor reconciliations
• Support SDTM setup and transformation runs, including assisting with define.xml preparation
• Deliver interim and final data outputs and ensure error-free data before database lock
• Upload and approve trial documentation in the trial master file
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, supporting training and onboarding
• Highlight risks and issues proactively and collaborate with project leads to resolve them
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (CDISC, SDTM, CDASH) and internal procedures

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• 5 years of experience in clinical data management
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and data standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with EDC systems
• Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks
