• Event Planning & Execution:
• Plan and organize events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate meetings
• Support CBDs in selecting relevant events aligned with business goals, target audiences, and brand values
• Determine participation type and benefits (booth, speaking slot, logo placement, etc.)
• Develop event concepts, visuals, themes, and schedules in line with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with agencies on participation elements and deliverables
• Manage logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and equipment setup
• Oversee booth setup, branded materials, and on-site visual presence
• Plan interactive elements (e.g. demos, contests, giveaways)
• Manage on-site execution and resolve operational issues or emergencies
• Delegation Travel Support:
• Support outgoing delegations with travel arrangements
• Propose suitable flights, accommodation, and transfers based on agenda and budget
• Budget & Vendor Management:
• Create and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
• Track and report event-related spending
• Evaluation & Reporting:
• Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders
• Analyze event performance and ROI; prepare post-event reports
• Use insights to improve future event planning
• Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with CBDs, Business Support Analysts, and Group Communication
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure deadlines are met and resources allocated efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in technology, defence, or corporate environments
• Strong organizational and vendor management skills
• Experience managing event budgets and logistics for exhibitions or conferences
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

• Experience with international trade shows or defence industry exhibitions
• Familiarity with creative production, stand design, or event branding
• Knowledge of vendor negotiation, budgeting, and logistics software
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight timelines
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail
