•    Provide first-line support for NetSuite-related issues, including system errors, configuration problems, and user inquiries.
•    Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members or external support when necessary.
•    Monitor NetSuite performance, identify potential issues, and apply timely fixes or updates.
•    Assist in maintaining system integrations with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow.
•    Train end-users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and new system features.
•    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and user manuals.
•    Assist with NetSuite configuration changes such as workflows, scripts, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize NetSuite to meet evolving business needs.
•    Ensure system security by managing user roles, permissions, and data access.
•    Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
•    Reviewing systems, gathering requirements, designing interfaces, and integrating separate systems.
•    Prepared reports, performed data management tasks, assisted with technical issues, and documented systems design and testing.
•    Prepare, arrange, and support meetings/presentations/workshops and deliver training to end-users worldwide.
•    Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the line manager as required.

In addition to other qualifications, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

•    Excellent communication skills. 
•    Ability to solve problems effectively.
•    Provide regular updates to the UK line manager (Global finance systems Manager). 
•    Must be comfortable and proficient in a dynamic work environment and can use initiative. 
•    Follow ERP best practices
•    Must build positive relationships with a diverse range of end-users and colleagues. 
•    Must be a team player. 
•    Should be willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.

Elvárások:

•    Minimum 5 years of experience with NetSuite (or any other ERP system)
•    Experience implementing finance solutions at a large scale. 
•    Knowledge of process mapping and system optimisation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
•    NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant
•    SAP Business One or any other ERP system certification (non-essential)
•    University or college degree

Preferred Skills
o    Proficiency in NetSuite modules, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
o    Experience with NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk, REST APIs, or middleware solutions.
o    Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages is a plus.
