ERExternal Relationship Manager

• Prepare and deliver public messages across a range of information platforms, including social media, public relations and marketing campaigns.
• Harmonize the company employer branding and public branding campaigns, strategies
• Represent the organization in media interviews, effectively communicating the company’s policies, views, and mission to the public.
• Represent the organization in governmental discussion, effectively communicating the company’s policies, views, and mission, build and maintain a productive relationship with local Government, universities and other non-Government bodies to support operational continuity.
• Represent the organization in professional organizations (like Hungarian Battery Association), effectively communicating the company’s policies, views, and mission to the public.
• Craft key messages and communication strategies to promote the company’s values, achievements and goals.
• Draft and distribute press releases to announce company milestones or other significant events.
• Organize media events and press conferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry organizations, associations and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for the company to be involved in community initiatives or environmental efforts related to battery technology. Conduct mitigation initiatives and problem solving to prevent potential conflicts in the surrounding community.
• Communicate the company’s commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
• Monitor media coverage and social media for mentions of the company and industry trends.
• Analyse and produce regular progress reports on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage media and stakeholder issues in the event of a crisis. Make quick decision on the field in an emergency when conflict exists.

• Education level: university degree in public relations, communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training
• Language skills: professional level in English, Hungarian
• Other skills: user level of MS Office skills
