• Conducting online training sessions and workshops for teachers using or considering using MM Publications' English coursebooks
• Supporting teachers with educational materials and methodology-related questions
• Performing administrative tasks and managing data
• Customer service duties: daily support for teachers and schools, resolving issues
• Maintaining regular communication with the company’s sales team

• Qualified English language teacher status or relevant experience in education
• English – Minimum C1
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
• Presentation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
