English speaking sales & project support Specialist
Task:
- Coordinate and Contribute: Support a range of activities from quotation to cash collection, manage pricing process to ensure accurate cost calculations.
- Quotation Management: Perform accurate quotations using corporate tools, interpret take-off sheets, and ensure all turnkey project elements are managed.
- Product Configuration: Configure products in the company system and maintain accurate setup information.
- Contract Management: Handle Retail Division contracts from order creation in SAP to contract completion.
- Project Planning: Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues.
- Delivery Coordination: Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with Planning, Procurement, and customers.
- Shipping Process: Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues.
- Return process: Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items.
Expectation:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Open personality with a strong desire to learn
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
