English Speaking Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

, Location: DEBRECEN , Hungary ( on-site ), Type: Full time  NIGHT SHIFT (opening hours: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 1 am; shifts: 3 pm - 12 am or 4 pm - 1 am) Languages: English B2+ Task: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline customer support, providing the best and most satisfactory solution for the customers. You will provide information about products and services, help with processing orders, respond to customer enquiries, and process returns.​   Manage incoming phone calls, emails and cases.​ Assisting customers with billing and contract related requests.​ Educating customers and answering general questions. ​ Standardized troubleshooting of user reported issues.​ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.​ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.​ Additional ad-hoc tasks and projects in alignment with the business needs.​ , Expectation: 40 hours per week working schedule within opening hours ( NIGHT SHIFT: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 1 am) Highly customer focused Excellent organizational skills Good attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Working Collaboratively Planning & Organizing Positive conduct Languages Excellent command of written and spoken English (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension) , , Transcosmos is proud to offer such a fantastic and unique working environment, built on a successful family culture of ambition, experience and teamwork.We are proud to promote longevity and progression at every level.
