Engineering Project Manager-CAPEX

• Prepare budget-level implementation plans for mid-term technical investments aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Participate in project planning, approval processes, and preparation.
• Lead approved investment projects from start to finish, including new packaging machines, production lines, and plant reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate construction and installation activities with a strong focus on compliance with standards, quality, and safety and financial requirements.
• Represent the company with equipment manufacturers (e.g. Sidel, Krones, KHS) and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Take part in financial activation processes, monitor investment-related financial flows, and track project costs.
• Prepare required reports on project progress, costs, and timelines.
• Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality assurance regulations.

• Relevant educational background with a degree in mechanical engineering
• Fluency in English
• Proven track record in commissioning and installing food processing/packaging lines (Sidel, Krones, KHS)
• Hands on experience in leading construction projects
• Experience in PLP audits and compliance, including fire safety and facility infrastructure systems
