The Hilti Engineering Leadership Development Program is a two-year journey designed to broaden your expertise beyond a single discipline and immerse you in exciting, cross-functional projects — all with significant exposure to senior management. You’ll work on major construction initiatives while receiving world-class training and personalized coaching to prepare you for a leadership role within Hilti.

The formal process includes an online interview with our Talent Acquisition Business Partner. From there you will attend interviews with the members of the regional leadership team, a day-in-the-life ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment center in Prague, CZ. We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.
