Responsibilities

  • Employer Branding:
    Manage internal/external communications, social media, and event organization. Oversee job fairs, company visits, and competitive analysis.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Lead engagement initiatives, oversee budgets, coordinate onboarding, and manage internal displays and surveys.
  • HR Admin & Reporting:
    Handle onboarding/offboarding and report on engagement metrics and budgets.

Requirements

  • Experience in employer branding and engagement
  • Strong English and strategic planning skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design and social media platforms
  • Minimum 3 days in Debrecen office with additional benefits
