Responsibilities

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Electronics Assembly Technician/Operator to assemble high-frequency electronic components. Full training will be provided for our specialized processes. Patience and precision are key. Responsibilities include:
  • Soldering connectors onto PCBs using a soldering iron, under a microscope
  • Cutting, trimming, and fitting small parts under a microscope
  • Scrubbing and deburring aluminum housings
  • Applying epoxy to seal components and sanding for a smooth finish
  • Laminating, exposing, and etching PCBs following detailed procedures
  • Measuring track sizes under a microscope and recording results
  • Adhering to quality control steps to ensure top-tier results

Requirements

  • High school diploma (minimum)
  • At least 2 years of work experience (preferably in manufacturing or electronics, but not required)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with management
  • Strong attention to detail and strong and steady hands
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with soldering, microscope work, or precision tasks (e.g., manufacturing, crafting, lab work)
  • Technical diploma / Müszaki szakközépiskolai képzettség (e.g., electronics, mechanics)
