Are you a proactive and customer-oriented professional fluent in Dutch and English? Do you have a passion for supporting clients in their HR strategies and career transitions? Randstad RiseSmart, as part of Randsatd Enterprise, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our customer success account team.

What You’ll Do: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with our account managers to maintain and expand relationships with our existing clients.
  • Following up on client agreements and contracts related to outplacement, career coaching, workshops, training, and reintegration.
  • Advising clients, issuing offers, and addressing common commercial queries.
  • Providing management information and updates on coaching progress to clients.
  • Conducting digital communications, and when necessary, providing clarification via phone or digital meetings.
  • Sending mailings to inactive clients and following up to maintain engagement and identify sales opportunities.
  • Informing new clients about our processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Recording all appointments and, if contractually required, generating reports for clients and government agencies.

Requirements

What will you bring?
  • Business proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Strong communication skills: adept at questioning, convincing, informing, and supporting.
  • Your approach is independent, accurate, and structured.
  • Assertive, empathetic, and collaborative with a talent for providing advice.
  • Capable of managing stress and high workloads while maintaining perspective.
  • Skilled at setting priorities and keeping an overview.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Ability to visit our Office in Budapest once a month (or more if you wish)
