Randstad RiseSmart, as part of Randsatd Enterprise, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our customer success account team.
What You’ll Do: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with our account managers to maintain and expand relationships with our existing clients.
- Following up on client agreements and contracts related to outplacement, career coaching, workshops, training, and reintegration.
- Advising clients, issuing offers, and addressing common commercial queries.
- Providing management information and updates on coaching progress to clients.
- Conducting digital communications, and when necessary, providing clarification via phone or digital meetings.
- Sending mailings to inactive clients and following up to maintain engagement and identify sales opportunities.
- Informing new clients about our processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Recording all appointments and, if contractually required, generating reports for clients and government agencies.
