Our partner is a leading independent technology provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations to source, transform, and manage IT infrastructure, facilitating digital transformation worldwide. They are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking First Line Analyst, to join their Budapest team and collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve user IT issues.

Dutch speaking First Line Analyst

Task(s):

  • Answer support queries via tools, phone, and email
  • Maintaining daily contact with users across Europe
  • Resolve IT issues that occur during office work for our partners
  • Document and log calls in the ticketing tool
  • Delegate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels

Requirement(s):

  • Intermediate knowledge of English and fluency in Dutch (German knowledge is a huge advantage)
  • Affinity for resolving IT-related issues
  • Daily use of computers, with knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10, and/or other operating systems
  • MS Office tools
  • Logical thinking, ability to solve problems
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask, good teamplayer
