Compile accurate and timely financial reports for donors in close coordination with Field Operations and the Division of External Relations (DER)
Manage daily operational activities of the Donor Reporting sub-unit, including follow-up with stakeholders and handling the shared mailbox
Respond to internal and external audit requests, with a particular focus on verifications and audits conducted by or on behalf of the European Commission
Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures and guidance materials to support efficient reporting processes
Provide support, guidance, and on-the-job training to junior team members and new joiners
Requirements
Recognized post-graduate professional accounting qualification
3-5 years of experience in preparing financial reports and in reviewing and analysing large datasets
Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to both internal and external audits
Strong financial English drafting and communication skills
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with the ability to learn new software tools
Experience in system implementation or in management and organizational change initiatives within an international environment is an asset
