Responsibilities
- Business planning
- Increase the hotel occupancy, ADR and the overall sales results
- Define and target potential (local and foreign) markets, develop sales strategies for corporate and M&E segments
- Set sales targets and monitor the performance
- Ensure the representation of the hotel on all important industry events
- Represent the hotel and achieve cross-sales with sister hotels and new agreements
- Maintain relationship with the top clients and support the sales team in case of such a need
- Management and training of the sales team, contribute to effective work relations and development of the team
- Ensure compliance with the relevant service standards
- Respond to the changes of the industry and the company
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Several years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Hungarian and english (verbal and written)
- Excellent (inter)personal and communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong management, organizational and problem solving skills
Nice-to-have
- Sales experience in the hotel industry
- Knowledge of another language
- Experience in Opera PMS and S&C
