NGP CRM & Digital Specialist is responsible and accountable for New Generation Products (heated tobacco) digital marketing & CRM activities across all heated tobacco brands related to e.g. website management, on-line tools for consumers after purchase experience and journey starting with registration and continue by communication platforms, and social media. The scope of the job includes planning, execution, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation for all digital NGP and CRM activities for heated tobacco products in the Hungarian market. And participation on strategic projects related to NGP digital area cross CEE markets.
Main responsibilities:- Digital Marketing Activities
- Plan, activate, execute, supervise, monitor and evaluate New Generation Products (NGP) digital marketing activities - e.g. CRM, WEB, Social Media, Online Commerce, multichannel digital Consumer programs, data management, registrations etc.
- Plan and execute communication to our registered consumer database and evaluation of CRM communication effectivness.
- Finetune and improve existing processes and digital tools (Trade APP)
- Build the heated tobacco Awareness and Loyalty of consumers via digital/on-line channels and tools
- Work close to brand team to succeed with the heated tobacco brand/portfolio strategy
- Communicate, coordinate and align with central functions
- Ensure full compliance of the NGP Digital marketing activities
- Track allocated budgets and ensure keeping frameworks set during planning process. Participate in budget planning related to digital activities and tools.
- Digital Content Management
- Be responsible for the design, selection and monitoring of New Generation Product activations, recommendation of mitigation actions in order to deliver the planned NGP and CRM KPIs.
- Report and present performance of NGP digital activities
- Manage properly a dedicated NGP Digital budget in order to ensure a maximal ROI
- Prepare cost effective NGP digital communication plans
- Data Management
- Responsible for respective consumer data management in heated tobacco digital ecosystem
- Ensure all digital toolbox and consumer data compliance
- Be responsible for communication with digital suppliers
- Monitoring, Insight
- Monitor market development in the respective area of heated tobacco marketing (competitive activities as well)
- Identify new digital trends and business opportunities
