As we grow dynamically, we’re looking for a passionate Indirect Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our spend visibility and compliance development initiatives within the organization.

What You'll Do
Contract & Tool Administration
•Clean up Legisway data (e.g. verify whether termination / notice periods in the system match the signed contracts)
•Upload new contracts, amendments, and extensions in Legisway
•Support with DocuSign clean-up and status tracking (completed / pending / expired)
•Maintain simple overviews of contracts approaching expiry or renewal
Procurement Support (on demand)
•Support quote / proposal comparisons based on predefined criteria
•Support smaller, less complex RFQs: contact vendors for quotations, collect and consolidate offers for review
Data & Coordination Support
•Prepare and maintain basic contract and supplier lists (e.g. supplier name, contract term, renewal date)
•Follow up with internal stakeholders on missing information or documents
•Support preparation of procurement-related documentation and templates
Documentation & Communication
•Support maintenance of SharePoint content for Indirect Procurement (guidelines, templates, FAQs)
•Support meeting preparation, minutes, and action tracking if required

What You Bring
•Ongoing university studies
•Strong English skills (written and spoken)
•Good communication skills and organizational abilities
•Proactive and confident personality
•Interest in agile project management
•Proficiency in MS Office applications
