Feladatok:
What awaits you?
−Supporting construction related back-office administration (e.g.: external service providers for facility management);
−Contributing to construction management activities by preparing documents, change requests, reports.
−Supporting planning of budget and invest expenditures.
−Preparation of ordering goods and services from external service providers, confirmation of delivery.
−Supporting, predicting, and measuring energy consumption predictions.
−Taking part in implementation of a building automation management system.
−Supporting administration.
Elvárások:
What you should bring along?
−Ongoing university studies in engineering or economics or automation.
−English and Hungarian at conversational level. German is an advantage.
−International experience is an advantage.
−Confident Excel knowledge. SAP is an advantage.
−Presentation skills.
−Great communication skills and business thinking mindset.
−Basic understanding of financial aspects, environmental and sustainability solutions (photovoltaics, biomass, wind energy).
−Availability 24 hours / week, flexible scheduling, ideally at least 4 hours/day.
