Diákmunka - Energy Sourcing Intern – German speaking

This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career. If you are fluent in English, have great analytical skills and like challenges, feel free to apply, and we will teach you the rest!

We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
1)Tender document preparation
a.Organize and maintain sourcing database
b.Contact external stakeholders e.g. energy supplier
c.Create RFP (Request for Proposal) documents from the gathered data in excel spreadsheet
d.Prepare offer evaluation documents,
e.Create final offer evaluation for accepted offers, feeding the sourcing database and updating internal stakeholders
f.Report to supervisor

2)Supply contract management
a.Pick up requests in internal system about site closure/site opening
b.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange changes to supply contracts
c.Check provided contracts prior to sending them out to signature
d.Internally administer the changes in the systems
e.Report to supervisor

3)Budget support
a.Data alignment of multiple surfaces e.g. internal database, supply contracts
b.Gather missing information
c.Follow up with internal stakeholders e.g. other operational teams
d.Report to supervisor

•Ongoing studies in an university in Hungary; active interest in energy management
•Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
•The main languages for this position are German and English therefore advanced and active knowledge is essential (both spoken and written)
•You have confident digital skills, good knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
•Skills that will make you successful in your new position: Attention to details, critical mindset, analytical thinking, and good communicational skills
