Deputy Managing Director

• Lead and manage company operations, ensuring efficient functioning and alignment with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced education in relevant fields is a plus.
• Extensive managerial experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and oversee multiple functions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with international business practices and cross-cultural collaboration is advantageous.
• Professional training or certifications in management or leadership are a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
