Responsibilities
- Demand planning of imported goods (Global Brands, raw material portfolio /FSNE; FSCE/, other imported SKUs).
- Preparing (weekly/monthly) Power BI Sell-out reports by regions, by sales reps, by SKUs to support the Sales and Operations Management on the base wholesale sales raw data.
- Preparing regular (weekly/monthly) Power BI reports from public data sources (Hungarian National Health Found - reimbursed medicines list, Hungarian National Health Found - reimbursed medicines sales reports ; OGYEI - medicine list, OGYEI - shortage list) to support the Sales and Operations Management.
- Preparing self-cost calculations for the manufactured/imported products.
- Contribution in Sales/Inventory Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
- Contribution in OWC management.
- Price increase management – To support the PI processes in contribution with wholesalers and with the Hungarian National Health Found
- To substitute to Business Controller in his/her absence. To support the Business Controller’s daily topics on request.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in a related field
- Min. 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Active and reliable knowledge in MS Office (mainly Excel)
- Professional knowledge of Power BI (or other data analysis software)
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English
