Feladatok
The Data Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the definition of the group-wide Data quality (DQ) strategy and ensuring Data Quality as well as its further development. (S)healso supports the development and maintenance of the EAM-wide DQ Management related projects and tools.
(S)heensures correct data management from business point of view and supports coordination with all stakeholders in EAM and local entities regarding new data requirements. (S)he provides know-how support in topics related to data management and related to the data warehouse solution in strong cooperation with IT representatives.
The Data Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the company-wide business data model and supports the creation and maintenance of the business glossary. (S)he also supports and actively participates in the UAT testing of the implemented requirements.
The Data Management Specialist is regularly supporting Data Governance and Reporting, (S)headvises and enables excellence of the Data Management Network by methodological guidance and quality assurance.
Elvárások
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., economics, banking/finance, IT)
- at least 2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or business analysis/IT, ideally within the financial services sector
- excellent SQL skills
- familiarity with other data management tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
- familiarity with the asset management industry is preferred
solution-focused and results-oriented mindset, with efficient working practices - strong team player with a reliable, structured approach and excellent communication skills
- fluency in English
