Data analyst

• Collect, analyse, sanitize and interpret large datasets to derive insights on technological advancements and trends affecting the defence landscape
• Utilize coding skills to develop custom tools and models, automating data gathering and analysis
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects, integrating data from various sources to support comprehensive trend analysis
• Present data findings through reports, visualizations, and dashboards that facilitate strategic understanding

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; additional experience in defence or technology analytics is preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and tool development
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools and machine learning techniques
• Ability to convey complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders

The Defence Innovation Research Institute of Hungary is a 100% state-owned company under the ownership of the Hungarian Ministry of Defence.
