Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
  • Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
  • Maintain close cooperation with sales, customers, and internal departments
  • Create credit/debit notes, handle complaints, expedite and stock-related tasks
  • Analyze service performance, generate reports
  • Participate in training and workshops
  • Lead and coach the customer service team, conduct performance reviews, support recruitment and onboarding

Requirements

  • You are experienced in customer service and SAP
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills
  • You have experience in leading a team
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You are skilled at working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
