Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the company: Engage with customers via live chat and email, resolving their queries while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
  • Spot opportunities for improvement: Identify patterns in customer feedback and collaborate with teams to enhance processes, tools, and the overall experience.
  • Build expertise: Become a go-to knowledge hub on products, systems, and processes through hands-on training and self-driven learning.
  • Team up for success: Work closely with underwriters, claims specialists, and fraud experts to ensure a seamless journey for customers.
  • Stay compliant: Keep customer interactions aligned with regulations and guidelines.
Shifts are varied, including 2-3 weekend days/month1-2 late shifts/week (6-10 PM), and occasional bank holidays (with time off in lieu).
