Customer Service Representative with German AND English language skills

AGC Automotive Europe, a rapidly expanding automotive glazing supplier, is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join its Customer Service Team.
As Customer Representative, you would be a member of the Customer Service department, which is integral part of the Supply Chain organization. You would interact directly and daily with the customer in the matter of requests and deliveries and also with AGC plant services / plant logistics spread over Europe.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Customer contact: communication about requirements and deliveries
• Receiving, checking and correcting orders
• Preparation of deliveries in the company system
• Control and analysis of stock
• Daily contact with production partners
• Cooperation with other departments
• Maintaining master data for parts
• Handling logistics complaints
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Profile

• You are fluently speaking German and English. Any other European language is a plus (especially Hungarian/French/Czech/Italian)
• You have good communication skills. You are able to demonstrate as well firmness as diplomacy with your contact persons.
• You have strong time-management skills. You have good analytical skills and you are able to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• You have good organizational skills.
• You are willing to strengthen AGC’s service level and AGC’s business intimacy with its customers.
• You are willing to keep developing yourself and grow in your professional career.
• You are computer-literate (MS Office).
