Responsibilities

As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:
  • Receiving and processing customer orders (via email, ERP system, portal, etc.)
  • Sending order confirmations and ensuring all details are correct (quantities, delivery dates, references)
  • In the absence of the freight forwarder, liaising with carriers and tracking shipments and providing customers with updates
  • Managing customer communication regarding shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, customs documents)
  • Handling order-related issues: missing items, incorrect quantities, delays, returns, and complaints
  • Communicating closely with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, logistics, sales)
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper documentation

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and enjoys working with customers.

You bring:
  • Experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and structured working style
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence using MS Office and ideally an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Navision, Odoo, etc.)
  • Good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
