Responsibilities

  • Communicating with internal customers and Legrand regional subsidiaries
  • Managing orders in the ERP system (SAP)
  • Providing information about the availability of the products
  • Tracking customer order status
  • Carrying out tasks related to the outbound deliveries
  • Managing invoices
  • Cooperating closely with the Logistics Provider
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with the Inventory, Direct Purchasing, Demand Management and Finance departments
  • Monitoring Customer Service KPIs and reports
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Requirements

  • Advance school graduate with basics in logistics and commercial administration
  • Experience in order processing
  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage
  • Ease in relationship with Customers and internal interlocutors, diplomacy
  • English is mandatory and French is an advantage
  • Reliability, reactivity and dynamism
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer focused
