Responsibilities

Your main tasks?

  • You create orders and process these orders in the system.
  • You have a very good knowledge of our products and services, which allows you to answer questions from customers clearly and specifically and give them advice.
  • You communicate proactively to customers in case of delays or problems and are in close contact with the various production and logistics departments.
  • In case of problems, you escalate this to the right departments and think along about possible solutions.
  • Difficult situations such as complaints do not scare you. You do your utmost to turn a dissatisfied customer into a satisfied customer again.
  • You maintain good contact with our international Sales team.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have a relevant bachelor's degree and have 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a production environment.
  • You think in terms of solutions rather than problems and therefore know how to anticipate quickly. 
  • You are very accurate, commercial and customer-oriented and like proactive communication.
  • You get energy from the daily contact with different customers.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English. Knowledge of French and German is a bonus.
  • You can work smoothly with CRM systems.
