Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative Intern French

The position is an order manager position (order entry, pricing, credit / debit notes). The intern will have to enter orders, and follow up on them until delivery and invoicing. Various administrative tasks will be requested.
Your Key Deliverables:

• Enter orders, and follow up on them until delivery and invoicing
• Communication with the customer by emails and phone calls
• Contribute to improve the customer satisfaction

Working hours: Monday to Friday, at least 35-40 hours of work per week
Workterm: Long-term (at least a year).

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (C1)
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions, good working knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving mindset

• SAP and/or other ERP System knowledge is an advantage
