Customer Representative with German and English knowledge

The Role
As a Customer Representative in Tatabánya, you will be a key member of our Customer Service team, an integral part of the Supply Chain organization. You will interact daily with customers, as well as with AGC plants and logistics teams across Europe, to ensure a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with customers regarding orders, requirements, and deliveries.
• Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately in the company system.
• Prepare and coordinate deliveries to meet customer timelines.
• Monitor and analyze stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Maintain master data for parts with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with production partners and other internal departments.
• Handle logistics complaints and actively support problem resolution.
• Strive to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in both German and English is essential (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to balance firmness and diplomacy.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
• A proactive mindset focused on personal development and career growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

The following qualifications are a strong advantage:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with customer-specific requirements.
• Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., Hungarian, French, Czech, Italian).
