Responsibilities

  • Guarantee data transfer and data quality by performing relationship management with the OEM plant.
  • Communicate OEM plant news to KAM/AM and the ZFFCN plant staff.
  • Supervise the defined change management process within the Chassis Systems plant and foster that change orders are initiated by the OEM plant.
  • Monitor timely issuing of purchase orders and payments including reconciliation management.
  • Verify POs regarding terms and conditions, pricing/implementation dates and inform relevant functions about deviations.
  • Process purchase requisitions for tooling and/or for special builds.
  • Maintain and update the ZFFCN Material Master and Bill of Material (BOM) in the IT systems for all variants of projects.
  • Investigate and compare customer orders against internal BOM to avoid invalid matches and resolve discrepancies by continuous internal BOM-update and communication with the OEM.
  • Create and maintain CM data in SAP and JIS/JIT tables.
  • Compare OEM plant related data with OEM HQ data regarding the overall Supplier Performance Rating System and identify deviations.
  • Escalate topics to Plant Manager, KAM or AM if OEM or ZFFCN requirements are not met or if critical deviations occur.
  • Process changes within the defined Global Change Management System (GCMS) throughout all CM phases as documented in the GP2705, considering the internal & external timeframe.
  • Guarantee that the work packages of each phase are completed in time and with the required quality.
  • Request Gate Releases for each phase and support the Program/Plant Manager to achieve the releases in time.
  • Process Gate Closures for each phase to achieve the overall progress well synchronized with the frame conditions
  • Support the Program/Plant Manager to improve the BU specific KPIs, utilizing an efficient Global Change Management.
  • Coordinate periodical internal Change Management review meetings with all functions.
  • Report defined Global Change Management KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Support Global Change Management regarding further process optimization, using best practice & lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Ability to work team-oriented and to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
  • High flexibility and ability to motivate people
  • Proven intercultural and social competence
  • Solid IT skills in MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Profound knowledge of TS19649 and ISO 14000
  • Working proficiency in English
