Your challenges:
Supports Customer Care and Loyalty system & process execution in the market and resources needed for it.Searches internally and externally best practice models within Customer Care department & shares best practice within team.Contributes to up-to-date information/Customer Care KPI reporting in all AmRest internal communication resources.Creates and supports extension of knowledge base for Customer Care ShareholdersCooperates with internal (AmRest) and with external colleagues (Contact Centers and Agencies) to maintain task realization and feedback routines.Supports Customer Care & Hospitality projects in the market.
Your skills and experience:
College/BA degree in related field1+ year experience in related fieldEffective communicational skills in native Hungarian, advanced level in EnglishExperienced user of MS Office
