• Ensures that tasks are delivered as per the requirements of SLA, SOP and company policies
  • Coordinates and manages collaboration with CFO Staffs office
  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Perform various complex accounting tasks as needed including account reconciliations,
    analysis, and journal entry preparation as required
  • Participates in Closing of Accounting Period, Reporting and Financial Report creation as
    per corporate accounting calendar
  • Provide support for ongoing audit requirements including quarterly and annual internal
    and external compliance audits
  • Prepare Ad-hoc Reports to Support Business Units
  • Support/mentor all CTR Finance Coordinators

Elvárások:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with different ERP systems (People soft, SAP, S4Hana)
  • Strong written and oral communication in English
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer orientation and service focus
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across the entire organization including C level
    executives and CFO staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude 
  • Organization and attention to details
