You’ll be part of a newly established Migration Center of Excellence, focused on transitioning clients to a next-generation cloud-based CRM platform. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise systems while working on high-impact projects that directly support the success of global Life Sciences companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• System Setup: Implement and manage user access controls, data sharing policies, and other essential configurations within CRM.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues during system development and testing phases.
• Configuration Execution: Convert technical migration plans into working system setups.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with solution designers and project leads to ensure smooth and timely delivery of migration projects.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience configuring enterprise CRM or ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ability to identify and solve configuration-related challenges.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
