We are looking for a highly skilled senior finance professional to strengthen our Credit & Collection and wider Finance organization. In this role, you will manage key customer portfolios on large projects, assess and mitigate financial risks and contribute to both local and global projects.
You will act as a strategic partner for Sales, Finance, Logistics and Management, ensuring strong financial discipline while supporting business growth. The position combines operational excellence, project leadership, and deep financial understanding.

What you’ll do
- Leading and supporting large projects with a focus on financial risk assessment and risk management
- Managing collection activities, working closely with our biggest clients and partners (both local and international) on high-value, large-scale projects.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams is required in the case of large projects to ensure effective implementation
- Perform risk assessments for major customers and strategic projects; develop mitigation plans to protect company assets.
- Lead and execute C&C month end closing activities, support financial reporting, and prepare management reports and KPIs.
- Participate in global finance initiatives, including SAP testing, process harmonization, and digital improvement projects.
- Create financial awareness by presence on the field with our sales force visiting customers and through training
- Acting as a business partner by independently managing direct negotiations with customers, visiting key partners, and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively manage dedicated customer platform’s AR’s

What you’ll bring
- University degree (BSc/MSc) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Solid professional experience across credit & collection, audit or AR management.
- Strong business acumen and “big picture” thinking.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, openness, and a customer centric attitude.
- Proactive, independent working style with a strong ability to drive projects.
- Precision, reliability, and the ability to structure complex financial topics.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Strong in Microsoft Office applications
