Senior Cost Engineer

Budget Preparation: Design, Bidding, and Project Change budgets are prepared for each stage.

Cost Management: Establish target costs and track actual project costs. Analyze deviations between target and actual costs, propose corrective plans, and report to management.

Payment Management: Review payment basis, audit completion, and correctness. Maintain a payment ledger.

Change Management: Review and assess the reasonableness of changes. Track change quantities, unit prices, and total amounts. Recover costs where applicable. 

Cost Consultant Oversight: Guide and supervise consultants, review their work, and accumulate data on their results.

Completion Settlement: Review completion materials, prepare approval forms, and update project cost data monthly for closure of contracts.

Location: Nyíregyháza

Elvárások:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering management/engineering cost management;
• More than 8 years of experience in cost and pre-settlement management of industrial plant/housing construction projects, including no less than 2 years of experience in cost management of Party A. It is required to be familiar with the construction process, and the mechanical and electrical installation cost management major is the main, and the civil engineering major needs to be understood but not necessarily proficient.
• Professional knowledge required: geotechnical construction technology, construction project management, engineering economy, engineering cost, project budget, quota principle; Proficient in the use of: CAD, Guanglianda, EXC, PPT.
• Fluent English and Hungarian
