Your new role 

As a corporate lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice to management on business strategy, compliance, and corporate governance.

Your tasks will include: 

• Prepare, analyse, and finalise contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and ensure all operations remain compliant.
• Handle legal disputes, regulatory matters, and potential risks, providing strategic oversight and resolution.
• Act as the company’s legal representative in proceedings and collaborate with external law firms and consultants when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Law degree required; specialisation in Corporate Law is highly desirable.
• Must hold a valid legal practising licence in Hungary.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a corporate or in-house legal counsel; background in the construction industry is a plus.
• Strong expertise in corporate, contract, and labour law, along with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in both English and Hungarian.
